Online Booking Tool

We have returned to using Revelation Pets for our online booking software.We are no longer using Carica Pets. All existing bookings and customer data have been automatically moved to the new Revelation Pets platform.

 

How to make a booking

Its really easy to make a booking. Simply Click on the 'Check Availability' button above to check our availability, follow the instructions and submit your booking request.

 

New Customers

You will first need to create an account using your email address, then simply follow the instructions to register and begin making booking requests

Existing Customers
If you are an existing customer use your normal email address you have used previously with the Carica Pets software. You will need to select the reset password link and follow the setup instruction. All your personal data will be ready for you to view and begin making bookings. Please feel free to get in touch should you experience any difficulty setting up your account.

Important notice

Please be aware that should you try to make a booking for your cat to arrive or be collected on a Sunday or Bank Holiday you will receive an error message saying 'we are full' simply adjust your dates for a Saturday or Monday Collection to get an accurate account of our availability.
