When making a booking you will be given a Date and Time for your drop off and collection. Please ensure you make note of this and

ARRIVE ON TIME!!, this will ensure we allow adequate time for each customer whilst we discuss and record each cats specific requirements.

 

 Please do not arrive unannounced outside your agreed pickup time as we are likely to be closed. We are only open for drop off and collections at times when customers have a confirmed booking. Should yours plans change then please contact us by phone or email and wait for a confirmed response before arriving.
